This is the hardest ever polish to get a colour-accurate picture of. (Ended a sentence with a preposition - ghastly!)
I should probably iPhoto it and blue it up a bit. That's probably what it needs but I know I still wouldn't get it right. Some companies do similar shades and call them Dahlia (Barielle). I'd say fuchsia.
The central bell-section of the fuchsia. That kinda colour.
- 3 coats
- Satin finish
- Tipwear - I really detest tipwear
- Slow to dry even with topcoat
What polishes do you love despite very evident flaws?

I love fuchsias :)can't grow them though. I should get this colour so I can wear them on my nails instead...

My Mum used to grow Fuschias! I always liked being a cruel plant abuser and 'popping' the flower buds before they opened themselves naturally :P Haha. So satisfying. Like bubble wrap but more environmentally friendly.
ReplyDeleteI love this as a nail colour, too. No7 have one that I'm going to try and get my hands on, though I think that borders more on the purple side than anything. When I get it, I'll tell you the name if you want?
You take brands under your polish-knowledgable wing and make everyone else want to buy them! I'm still on the 2True lookout, the long slim bottles.
I love the colour of that polish, it's proper pink and no half-soaked apology for it. xxx
ReplyDeletehow gorgeous is this!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely! I love these very blue, slightly purply fuschia pinks :)
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteLovely colour! One of my favourite shades of nail polish. My mum used to always grow a garden full of fuchsias when I was little, I loved waiting for them to pop open and would run out every morning to check :)
